Carl A. Smith (husband to Carolyn Smith - she was a former bookeeper for Delta) went to be with the Lord Monday evening, Dec. 6. Family and friends are invited to call on Thursday from 12-2 pm at the Malecki Funeral Home, 23 Front St., Vernon. Mr. Smith's funeral service will be Thursday at 2 the funeral home. At the Cottagers Weekend 2010, the Christmas Theme led to lots of carols being sung and the Cottages and Friends raised $8,500.63 toward the DDF Bathhouse Reconstruction Project! PTL ~ taken from the Delta Log, September 2010.
