The facilities at Delta Lake Bible Conference Center are utilized by various churches and Christian organizations for retreats, conferences, camps, and banquets. Groups of children, teens, singles, men, women, families, seniors, couples, and church leaders are some examples of those who use our facilities for their programs. Read ahead to see all we have to offer.
Accommodations:
For your retreat at Delta Lake we have a Main Lodge and Mini Lodge
available year round. The Main Lodge has 24 rooms, each containing two
bunk beds, with a total capacity of 94. The Mini Lodge has 12 rooms
which hold either two or four people with a capacity of 35 singles (or
36 if there is one couple). Each lodge has a fire place in a lounge
area. There are restrooms (including showers) on each floor of the Main
Lodge and on the 1st floor of the Mini Lodge. For your summer camp we
have cabins available which each hold eight people and have a common
bath house nearby.
Meeting Rooms:
Next to the Main Lodge you will find the Delta Center which contains
our meeting rooms, snack shop, bookstore and dining hall. The large
meeting room accommodates up to 175 people and the smaller room holds
60. At your request we can also open our bookstore. Use of the grounds
and meeting room facilities are included at no extra charge to
overnight guests. A day guest fee is assessed for visitors not using
Delta Lake overnight accommodations.
For the summer we have large two large Tabernacles available for concerts, youth camp meetings, or conferences. Our Youth Tabernacle seats 250 people and Main Tabernacle seats 1300. These are available only during the summer months and must be reserved in advance.
Meals:
On the upper level of the Delta Center our dining hall seats 225
comfortably. Meals are served buffet style by our qualified chefs. We
work hard at preparing great meals because we know that it is an
essential "ingredient" to a pleasant stay. In a recent survey our meals
rated from good to excellent and our chefs continue to receive positive
reports.
Recreation:
At Delta Lake there are a variety of activities available for your
enjoyment. During the summer our waterfront, which includes boating and
swimming, is available for your use. You may want to make use of our
softball field, soccer field, mini golf course, sand volleyball court,
children's playground, or horseshoe pit. We can also provide a hayride
or bonfire for your group for a small extra charge. During the colder
months we have great slopes for snow tubing and an indoor gymnasium
which is used primarily for basketball or volleyball and a game room.
