Delta Lake's summer is dynamic. Our programs change week to week, and that means our staffing needs do too. While each staff member is hired into a primary role, flexibility is essential as we serve different camps and guest groups throughout the season.

Family Camp - Nursery through teen programming

Haven Camps - Serving individuals with intellectual + developmental disabilities

At Delta Lake, we believe every staff member is first a disciple. Throughout the summer, you will participate in:

Chapel services and Bible studies

Group worship in our tabernacles

Campfire worship and teaching

Hearing from missionaries serving around the world
You'll grow in your understanding of Scripture, live out your faith daily, and be encouraged by a community pursuing Christ together.
COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
WORKING AT DELTA LAKE CAN HELP PAY FOR COLLEGE
For every week you work at Delta Lake, a designated scholarship amount is paid directly toward your college tuition account, helping reduce student debt while you gain meaningful ministry and leadership experience.

Scholarship funds are raised through a dedicated donor-sponsored account

A special offering is taken during Family Camp

Support is shared throughout our Northeast District Alliance churches

At the end of the summer, funds are distributed based on weeks worked

Because this program is donor-funded, the weekly scholarship rate is determined after the summer concludes
